Reservationists

Reservationists take new and revised reservations and enter them into a computerized system.  They call customers with car numbers. They check arrival times of incoming flights and update the system before dispatch. Reservationists perform other administrative work as assigned.

OUR REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum of two years experience required taking reservations for a  chauffeured ground transportation company.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately take a reservation and enter it into a computer system.
• Strong interpersonal skills reflecting itself in his/her ability to interact well with customers and other Mark team members as well.
• Strong verbal communications skills.
