Dispatchers

Dispatchers take reservations, entering the information into the dispatch system and dispatch jobs to chauffeurs. They provide drivers with directions and/or help them as necessary to successfully complete a job assignment.  Dispatchers interface with customers and help ensure a high level of customer service to them.  Dispatchers price jobs using the system and ensure accurate information on stops, no shows, cancellations, and general pricing. 

OUR REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum of three years of experience as a dispatcher in a chauffeured ground transportation environment.

• Ability to accurately take reservations and dispatch jobs.

• Strong ability to use computerized systems with speed and accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks at a time, remaining calm in sometimes tense situations.

• Strong knowledge of the geographic area.

• Ability to accurately read maps.

• Strong interpersonal skills reflecting itself in his/her ability to interact well with customers and other Mark team members.
