Type of Corporate or Individual Accounts

All individual accounts are credit card accounts where each ride is charged to a credit card and statements are provided to the individual no less frequently than bi-weekly. 

 Corporate Accounts

Corporations are either invoiced or charge rides to credit cards. Where corporations use credit cards----either all rides are charged to a single credit card or each of the client's employees are given a corporate card and their transportation costs are charged to this card. Direct billing is available for those companies who will generate 20 or more rides a month on a regular basis.

Invoicing and Statements

Those with accounts are presented an invoice for payment or an informational credit card statement listing all charges which had been made to a credit card.

Invoices list all rides performed during the billing period noting all relevant charges (basic fare, stops, wait time, parking, tolls, gratuities, etc.) and are sent no less frequently than bi-weekly generally within 10 days of the end of the billing period. Vouchers for the billing are also included.

Credit Card statements are sent on the same schedule as invoices and also list services performed during a period with all charges. The statement shows the date of the ride and the date of the charge which are generally seven to thirteen days apart due in large part to drivers delivering vouchers weekly and Mark charging credit cards once a week. Included with the statements are the vouchers for the individual rides.

Administrative Choices---Accounts Invoiced

To help companies manage their transportation costs, and the intra or inter company charge process, for those receiving invoices, Mark offers a few choices to facilitate administration. Specifically:

Capture Data

• Department Number- we can get a department number when taking the reservation and send separate invoices by department number.
• Case Code/Matter Number---Whatever you call the account to which the ride is to be charged, we can capture this data at the time of the ride, show it on your invoice and make your administration easier and more timely.

Provide Excel Spreadsheets

• Mark can e-mail an excel spreadsheet with your invoice data including the data captured which can streamline your administration of these costs. This can be provided in addition to the printed mailed invoice.

Account Charges

Mark charges a $2 processing fee to cover the cost of administration for each job performed by Mark Limousine in addition to the ride charges. There is also a 2% workers' compensation charge on the total cost of each ride which is contributed to a legally required Drivers' Workers' Compensation Fund.
